What is Google Disavow tool?

Step 1: List all the Links to Disavow
Once you identify what links affecting negatively, caused a manual action, or likely will invite a google penalty, algorithmic penalty, on your site. List all the links in the following format
> The file should be text format encoded in UTF-8 or 7-bit ASCII and the file name must end with a .txt
> List one Domain or a URL per line that needs to disavowed
> # can be used at any line starting to provide comments but google ignores comments with # at the beginning.
> Make sure that you didn’t mention any link that need not be disavowed in the given list

Step 2: Submit Disavow Links
Once you are done with the above format follow these steps to submit or upload disavow links in your google webmaster tool
> Login to your Google Search Console and Visit the following link https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main
> Select your property or website from the available list
> Then click on the Disavow links button and Upload the text file, which you have saved earlier
> Voila, Now you have submitted Bad Links that needs to discard. While assessing your site
> Keep in mind that uploading a new Disavow list will replace previous list of links.
We recommend you to take other relevant efforts to clean or remove the spam links, irrelevant links that are bound to your website as Disavow process will take time to show its progress.
